Starting Off 2007 the Right Way

Each year Americans make the New Year's Resolution to lose weight and eat healthier, but few of them are able to stick through it for one reason or another. It's either, "it's too much money to join a gym," or "I just don't have the time in a day to work out," but what people don't understand is that getting in shape is crucial for each and every one of us. Losing those dreaded pounds gained from all the holiday celebration can be difficult, but with enough time, motivation and determination, it can be done.
