So you can't make the MS walk on March 18 huh?
Lucky for you that on Sunday, March 24, the annual 5k walk-a-thon for diabetes will be held at 9 a.m. at Siemens-Arvida Park of Commerce.
The event, which attracts nearly 3,000 people in Palm Beach County, features children's activities and entertainment, vendor booths and includes breakfast and lunch for participants.
You can either, walk, run, bike, skateboard or even rollerskate for the event [all great forms of excercise].
No fee is required to participate, but donations are always welcomed.
